AES Maintenance Ltd offers Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) packages for scheduled inspections and servicing of your Heating Ventilation Air conditioning (HVAC) system and can offer one-off air-conditioning service to correct any faults and return the system to its peak operating performance.

Defective and poorly operating heating and cooling systems can represent up to 75% energy and operational waste. Dirty or damaged air filters, congested coils and heat exchangers and incorrectly set controls all contribute to expensive, reactive breakdowns and energy waste, all affecting the utility and unnecessary call out costs for unplanned maintained systems.

AES air conditioning service includes:

  • Scheduled visits to suite the usage and building environment with scheduled service visits from 1 -to 4 per annum
  • System leak testing in line with FGas
  • Free quotations for new systems, re-positioning, extra units, spare parts and project budgets.
  • Service Level Agreements for 4 hour response call out from the 24/7 call centre from the high Wycombe office
  • Out of normal working hours can be scheduled to minimise disruption in serviced offices

MAINTENANCE

AES Maintenance can provide the complete tailored Maintenance package to suite your needs and budget and ensure your equipment operates at the current optimum performance and efficiency. From one visit per annum to weekly visits we will have a schedule for every requirement.

Maintenance is essential to ensure efficient, trouble-free running of any air conditioning system. Conditioning equipment accounts for a large proportion of the building’s energy costs. At times the air conditioning can even double a building’s energy consumption and associated carbon emissions if not running correctly in line with the base design. At AES we ensure that air conditioning systems use energy more efficiently by identifying system faults. Which intern saves money on energy costs and reduces carbon emissions.

We can schedule maintenance visits using the asset register in line with SFG20 and CIBSE guidelines accordingly, typical examples of usage below;

  1. visit per annum; Only operated briefly in the summer or winter.
  2. Visits per annum; Operated randomly in the summer and winter in a clean environment
  3. visits per annum; Operated in the all seasons in normal working hours in a clean environment
  4. visits per annum; Operated in the all seasons in normal working hours in a slightly dirty environment or Operated in a critical clean environment for 24hrs a day (Data Centres)

The service desk will manage the whole process from scheduling to parts, if the systems needs a new part you can have peace of mind that we will return and carry out any repairs as soon as practically possible in line with the SLA’s, AES have accounts with all the major suppliers and can usually pick up or get delivered spare parts the next day.

REPAIRS

AES Maintenance follow straight up with the remedials from the service sheets, to ensure one-off air-conditioning repairs to correct any faults in the quickest possible timeframe available. This then negates the risk of leaving a non-operating system not to perform at its peak performance. The works are executed.
