Operations Base Block K NDT
AES Maintenance were engaged to design, supply and install a Daikin 3 Pipe VRV system providing simultaneous cooling and heating. The system comprised of a REYQ16T 16 Hp external condenser and 10 wall mounted fan coil units located within the offices and workshops in NDT. Each area has been fitted with local control via a hardwired controller.
The existing supply air, Air Handling Unit was decommissioned and replaced with a new VES Andover air handling unit with a heating duty of 18Kw. The LPHW pipework to the heating coil has been modified and new control Valves fitted. Ductwork has been modified to suit the new air handling.
The existing belt and pulley extract air fan has been upgraded to a Helios plug fan. Ductwork has been modified to suit the new fan.
