AES Maintenance have recently provided a turnkey solution to replace the existing supply and extract AHU for a site in Oxford. Inclusive of decommissioning, install, BMS controls and commission. The products were supplied by EXI-TITE Ltd and Daikin UK. A new Vortice CTAE 160 external Supply and Extract AHU will be supplied and installed. The unit will come complete with dampers, G4/F7 grade filters, plate heat exchanger, pre-electric heater battery, EC Plug fans and 2 circuit DX coils. 2 x 25kw Daikin air cooled heat pump inverters would be connected to the DX coils complete with control boxes linked to AHU control panel to provide reheat and coiling to the tempered air.
